Membership dues are based on income. One chapter membership is included. Additional chapters and sections are $10 each. 

The online application is only for NEW or REJOINING members.

Email info@sws.org to check your membership status before filling out the online application and/or to change your membership type.  

Must be a full-time student. You will be asked to upload supporting documentation of your student status (current year class schedule, current year grades, student ID, etc.) The cost is $30 per year. One chapter membership is included and starting October 1, 2024, membership to the Student Section is automatically included. Additional chapters and sections are $10 each.

Reserved for members who reside in developing countries. The cost is $10 annually and includes membership to two (2) chapters and one (1) section. Additional chapters and sections are $5 each annually. For a list of qualifying countries, please go to our membership page under "Membership Types & Dues" accordion.

Is for members who are retired. Dues are based on current income and cost 75% of the regular membership fee. One chapter membership is included. Additional chapters and sections are $10 each. 

One full payment of $2000 or four (4) annual payments of $500. Please contact membership@sws.org if you wish to make four (4) annual payments.

Additional Household memberships are for a second SWS membership in a household. The first member must be a current regular member. You must include the name of the primary regular member. The cost is 70% of the first regular membership. One chapter membership is included. Additional chapters and sections are $10 each.
